After an inspiring conversation with a dear friend of mine who teaches yoga I found myself wondering if by concentrating too much on the importance of positive thinking we risk missing the bigger picture, the deeper beauty. The beauty that exists in letting go of words such as good, bad, negative and positive. Allowing ourselves the freedom to experience every emotion without judgement, without any sort of descriptive quality.
To feel it, to be with it, to hold it in the light of love…
What would happen if we were to let go of attachments that keep us bound to these ideas and instead choose to connect with the existence of NO-thing beyond our purest expression of true, honest BE-ing?
