End of the World

Isn’t it beautifully refreshing that we don’t have to be attached to ideas we’ve created about ourselves? I thought about this the other day…  The day when the world was predicted to end.

I decided to honor the day and shift my perspective by spending an extended period of time in a headstand.  I figured that one of the best ways to shift the way things seemingly are is to turn them upside down.  I spent this time wondering what attachments I could let go of.  It is amazing that in every moment there is an opportunity to become more in tune with our truth, our purest essence.  Free from limiting beliefs that keep our hearts heavy and heads full of worry… free from fear. We are able to see every day as the end of what was in order to let things be what they are, what they’ve always been.  Pure love.

A new world awaits us….
