Keshia Robinson is a Pilates Method Alliance certified teacher (NCPC) originally from Milford, CT. She holds a BA in Dance and a BBA in Marketing from Hofstra University. After a back injury in college, she decided to dive deeper into Pilates. Keshia received her mat and apparatus training from Groundfloor Exercise, where she also completed her apprenticeship. From 2013-2016, Keshia went on to work for Equinox as a senior Pilates Instructor and a Teacher Trainer for the Equinox Pilates Institute. Currently, Keshia teaches 1:1 sessions and private group sessions in New York City and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Keshia focuses on developing a mind-body connection, proper movement patterns to build strength, body awareness, range of motion and efficiency within the body. She has experience working with all ages and fitness levels. Keshia is dedicated to the progress of her clients and is inspired to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Whether, you’re 8 or 87, she believes the most important thing a person can do is to keep moving. She is also a Personal Trainer (NCSF), certified in Pre/Post Natal and as an instructor for the Pink Ribbon Program (post-op recovery workout program for breast cancer patients).
