A highly effective combination of “Pilates Style” Running and
an empowering, performance and health enhancing Pilates routine.

Each class will incorporate a “Pilates Style,” run where principles such as breathe, concentration and precision will be applied.

After the run, students will flow through a Pilates routine that will take your Pilates practice to the next level.

My intention is to provide you with an opportunity in which you’ll get to experience your body in its most decompressed, “spring-like,” state.

Uptown: Meet at North Entrance of reservoir in Central Park.
Uptown: Saturdays from 7:30am – 9:00am
Thursdays from 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Soho: Meet at Zen Girl Fitness (515 Broadway btw Spring & Broome):
Soho: Saturdays from 2:00pm – 3:30pm


I am really excited about this and am confident that those that sign up will truly take their Pilates practice to the next level. In addition, they will learn how to get much more out of every other type of exercise they participate in.

My goal as a teacher is to offer you an opportunity to become deeply aware of how you are connecting with and listening to your body. This awareness is a gift you can then keep with you, not only during the time that we spend together in the studio, but always.

By remaining aware of the messages your body is sending you while spinning, running, swimming…. not only will you be much more likely to avoid injury, but you will learn to exercise from a place of deeply rooted strength that keeps the body’s internal architecture suspended and your joints healthy and decompressed.
