The journey continues…

After two amazing, soul nurturing weeks in Hawaii…the journey has continued on to Nicaragua. We landed in Managua and were met by a driver that drove us to Rivas were we stopped to pick up groceries before heading to our home for the next 10 days. We are staying in a beautiful and peaceful townhouse by the beach that two friends of mine own. They have lived here for a little over 4 years, and I now completely understand why.

If I thought that time slowed down on Maui, here it feels as though time has stopped. Other than birds chirping, and occasional motor bikes or golf carts going by, rain drops or the wind blowing…you are surrounded by silence. The beaches and sunsets are breathtaking and the people I’ve met are relaxed and seem truly content. It is beautifully refreshing.

My favorite part of traveling is experiencing the world from a different perspective. To learn new words and ways to describe, taste, touch and feel more thoroughly the energy that is this life. With each new adventure lies an opportunity to know yourself more honestly. To BE, to really and truly be.

Travel.Live.Learn.Grow… Continuously become you.
